Ajuntament De Busot is an organisation created in Busot, town in the Valencian Community (Spain) located in the province of Alicante. It is a public service association dedicated to promoting and foster the youngsters social inclusion in the province of Alicante. The main goal of this organisation is to develop activities aimed at young people from the point of view of formal and non-formal education. On this way it carries out activities to promote the higher educational development of young residents in the municipalities, developing initiatives ranging from tuition and transport grants for University and VET students to non-formal education activities aimed at young people that enhance their soft skills through areas such as sport. In the field of sport. Busot has a privileged natural heritage that allows the practice of outdoor sports that encourage team spirit and cooperation, as well as respect for the environment. Ajuntament De Busot has been working in different fields to provide young people with information, documentation and advice on matters of interest to them, to promote initiatives that facilitate the autonomy and emancipation of young people, to stimulate initiatives developed by youth groups or associations, to promote equal opportunities for young people. Also they are working on improving the quality of the services provided to the youth sector, enhancing resources in the field of youth information, promoting inter-institutional collaboration between public administrations and young people for the optimisation of resources, actions... aimed at young people. such as education, organizing courses and workshops to engage and educate young people. The association has been promoting social innovations through initiatives and young programs in order to foster the inclusion of young people in Busot, where the activities usually take place, and participates too in projects related with the environmental protection, the cultural exchange and local entrepreneurship. society. This organisation is fully aligned with the EU Youth Strategy, the European framework for cooperation in this field for the period 2019-2027. Town of Busot has a centre called Casa de la Cultura, and as a centre of this association it is used in different ways, although all of them have a purpose to develop culture. Their local library is located on this place, as well as computer rooms with interned connection with different internet courses, which are used both for adults and children. The activity took place in Busot, a Spanish municipality in the province of Alicante in the Valencian Community with a registered population of 3075 people. It is located in the province of Alicante, 19 km north of the city of Alicante, in the region of Campo de Alicante. The activities carried out by Ajuntament De Busot are aimed at young people from the point of view of formal and non-formal education.Many different activities have as main objectives to promote both non-formal and higher educational ways of development of young residents of the region and enhance their soft skills through areas such as entrepreneurship. In the entrepreneurs area, Busot has a privileged natural heritage that offers different outdoor sports activities, which is why this is the main reason why it was selected to host this project. Youth unemployment and lack of interests for visiting and staying in rural areas are main problems that many rural territories currently face in the European Union. In rural areas there is a lack of investment, infrastructure and resources to provide their population with the necessary comforts that are motivating people to stay in rural areas. With this project, Busot wanted to achieve a solution to fight against rural depopulation in Europe. A large part of the young population in rural areas leaves their homes to study and live in big cities, and it leads to depopulation of rural areas, because a lot of young people are not returning to their place of birth. In order to fight against these problem our solution is based in a training to relocate work in rural areas both with entrepreneur formulas and also working remotely for other companies in other place in the world. This was the main idea behind Press Alf for Tourism: Youth Rural Entrepreneurship and fight against depopulation. Also important idea and topic was rural entrepreneurship for Young European Citizens, the idea to achieve was that youth workers from different European countries after being trained, return to their countries and try to apply new skills and ideas there. The goal was for youngsters from different European countries to learn trough non-formal educational methods about different topics within the ICTs applied to remote employment: remote productivity techniques and rules, social networks for job search entrepreneurship formulas, social selling or marketing in line of local products, etc.
