ESP Con la implementación de Micro Biz buscamos empoderar a los jóvenes a través del emprendimiento social, mostrándoles las iniciativas que se han desarrollado en Sende y las oportunidades de desarrollo que existen gracias al mundo digital. Queremos que los jóvenes reflexionen sobre su situación actual y su futuro cercano y que sean activos en la búsqueda de iniciativas que hagan mejorar sus bienestar personal y profesional. Podemos resumir los objetivos específicos del proyecto en tres puntos: .- Visualizar la problemática de despoblación rural y sus consecuencias. Durante la semana del intercambio facilitamos debates dónde los jóvenes participantes tuvieron oportunidad de crear su propia idea de las crecientes dificultades que afrontan las zonas rurales de sus respectivos países, buscando similitudes y diferencias, oportunidades y desafios. Tratamos de crear una imagen positiva del rural y mostramos que está en nuestras manos el hacer esa imagen realidad. .- Promover prácticas de vida y consumo sostenibles y saludables. A través de la implementación de actividades al aire libre, como una forma de mantener fuerte nuestro cuerpo, de elevar nuestra autoestima y de cuidar nuestra salud mental. Destacamos la importancia de la conservación de la naturaleza, fomentando así el desarrollo de comportamientos “verdes”. A través del contacto directo con la naturaleza, los participantes también fueron conscientes de los problemas medioambientales a los que se enfrenta toda Europa. .- Fomentar la participación democrática y la ciudadanía activa. Apoyamos la diversidad y el dialogo intercultural dando a los participantes la oportunidad de aprender más sobre su propia cultura; Fomentamos el ser activos y buscar soluciones a los problemas que nos rodean, no delegar en otros; Promovimos la solidaridad y la tolerancia implicándolos en la construcción del futuro de Europa y potenciando el pensamiento crítico; Promovimos las movilidades a través de proyectos europeos como el programa Erasmus+, el Cuerpo Europeo de Solidaridad o Erasmus para jóvenes emprendedores, así como la participación de todos los jóvenes, independientemente de su origen social, cultural o educativo. ENG With the implementation of Micro Biz we seek to empower young people through social entrepreneurship, showing them the initiatives that Sende had been putting into practice, and the development opportunities that exist thanks to the digital world. We want young people to reflect on their current situation and their near future and to be active in the search for initiatives that will improve their personal and professional well-being. We can summarise the specific objectives of the project in three points: To visualise the problem of rural depopulation and its consequences. During the week of the exchange we facilitated debates where the young participants had the opportunity to create their own idea of the difficulties rural areas are facing in their respective countries, looking for similarities and differences, opportunities and challenges. We tried to create a positive image of the countryside and showed that it is in our hands to make that image a reality. Promote sustainable and healthy living and consumption practices. Through the implementation of outdoor activities, as a way of keeping our bodies strong, raising our self-esteem and taking care of our mental health. We emphasise the importance of nature conservation, thus encouraging the development of "green" behaviours. Through direct contact with nature, participants were also made aware of the environmental problems the whole Europe is facing. Encourage democratic participation and active citizenship. We support diversity and intercultural dialogue by giving participants the opportunity to learn more about their own culture; We encourage being active and seeking solutions to the problems around us, not delegating them to others; We promote solidarity and tolerance by involving them in building the future of Europe and fostering critical thinking; We promote mobilities through European projects such as the Erasmus+ programme, the European Solidarity Corps or Erasmus for young entrepreneurs, as well as the participation of all young people, regardless of their social, cultural or educational background.
