The project had the following objectives: 1. Inform, raise awareness among young people on the issue of Equal Opportunities. 2. Educate and encourage the promotion of a culture of equality between the sexes and respect for gender differences; 3. Spread among young people the idea of the need for an equal democracy that sees women and men equally present in all decisions affecting the community; 4. Foster a mature understanding in the collective consciousness for balanced gender representation in social, political, and working spheres, combating stereotypes and discrimination. 5. Acquire the ability to recognize the value of differences, overcome discrimination and stereotypes, and acknowledge their value as a resource. We could work all the objectives of the project in the activities planned, focusing mostly in the first objective but giving space to all of them. We wanted to provide with the project a platform for open dialogue, promote inclusivity and equality, and empowered participants to make changes in their lives. By addressing various aspects such as cultural influences, legal protections, and socio-economic challenges. The different realities and cultural background of the participants were an opportunity for the debate and work in the topic of the project and made us achieve a good result in terms of engagement of the participants. The goal is to create positive changes in the local communities of the participants, that’s why we put them in contact with initiatives working for equal opportunities and social inclusion, lead it by women and working for a positive change in society making it more sustainable.
