This youth exchange project arises after having carried out a project in Italy with outstanding results. We want to carry out a second part in a different country with other young people using the same methodology. This proposal was born to give continuity to previous European projects recently taken up by our service. Through past youth exchanges we have observed the positive influence that these types of experiences have for the young participants and their environment. Thanks to the latest exchange projects, the demand for this type of activities has increased considerably and through this project the promoting group aims to satisfy the concerns, demands and interests of the local community. In this sense, we set the following objectives: - Cooperate and learn to work as a team. - Learn to tolerate and understand different opinions, reaching positive agreements. - Resolve and help resolve conflicts that may arise. - Promote peer learning. - Discover the realities of other peers who live in a different country. - Improve foreign language skills through practice. - Generate awareness of globalization and in turn of the identity traits that each population maintains. - Create vital experiences that help the personal development of the youth participating in the project. - Stimulate interest in art and culture of our own and of the visiting country. - Learn to transmit knowledge through leadership in dynamics and activities.
