Objectives

Through this project, we wanted to show young people in Europe the importance of digital communication and how to use it to generate a positive impact on society. Dissemination work is very important for raising awareness and understanding of the problems, and who better than the youngest to create an approach between them and their peers, with the same language, humor and closeness. With this we seek to visualize the unique perspective of Generation Z (1994-2010) on the challenges of the 21st century. During the different activities of the project, several audiovisual materials were carried out, in a collaborative manner, showing social challenges that we currently face, in a format designed for social networks, its most recognized digital field. Tools were also promoted to make your voice heard in a clear and collaborative way. We sought that through this experience they would understand the power they have as agents of change, that they would understand the importance of narrative and how it can create or destroy contexts. This project sought to go in line with digitization and the promotion of knowledge, in the digital era, since the better social networks are understood and used, the more likely people will be to be an active part of other digital platforms of public services., for example, or to be an active part in processes of digital democratic participation, even to create businesses that live 100% in the digital world. Without a doubt, European youth find themselves in a unique moment, full of opportunities but also challenges. They are the generation that will finish establishing the digital age. Therefore, we must take advantage of the fact that at the same time it is the generation that most embraces diversity and use this as a banner. Use social and environmental struggles as a single axis with the digital world. The feedback is endless, and with these empowered young people, they themselves will be able to create their own niche in the job market. The main objective of this project focused on using a collaborative methodology and in a multicultural environment, young Europeans to develop criteria for creating valuable digital content and understand they can do it with few resources but they can obtain a very significant impact wide, thanks to the unlimited reach provided by the Internet. Within the main objective, we find other more specific ones: - Stimulate interaction between participants and youth leaders, providing a space to share experiences, knowledge and learn in a constructive way from each other; - Introduce the concept of social impact to participants to develop new ideas and a more inclusive society; - Provide tools from the field of non-formal education and information on ways to promote the use of digital platforms that can later be used in their own environments; - Promote the inclusion of young people who belong to groups with fewer opportunities. Emphasizing that this knowledge is a springboard for employability, since you can have an impact using free tools from the internet; - Promote cooperation between the five organizations that collaborate in this project through the creation of common online resources and between the different local entities from which the participants come; - Promote the feeling of construction of collective society as a European society.
