With this project we want to provide young people with sufficient support and guidance and the space to conduct workshops and disseminate the results. The content of the project is the idea of the young people and enriched with ideas that the young people who participated in the YE "Healthy Lifestyle", which took place in April 2019 in Germany, and also those who participated in "Ocean of Health", which took place in July 2021 in Croatia. Learning from young people/teenagers, in this case, is that they often feel overwhelmed in today's world and are given a lot of responsibilities but no tools on how to overcome stress and high expectations. This is why we want to address emotional, spiritual and physical needs through the following objectives: 1. to raise awareness about our own wellbeing - different aspects - mental health, physical health and emotional health. 2. To learn tools on how to manage our health; how to react and help ourselves in difficult situations. 3. Helping each other, having a space for self-care and learning from what has helped each other to move forward (exchange of good practices). 4. Multiply the results in local societies. The young promoters of this project want to implement it in our municipality in order to motivate people around us to participate and to reflect on healthier lifestyles, especially our friends. 5. To have fun, play sports, learn and reconnect in order to have a more stable emotional situation. 6. To put into practice what we have learnt in the previous projects about how to organise a project, manage the logistics and learn to work in a team. This project will be a balance between self-awareness of the problem, showing tools for young people to do at home, and multiplying the results in their local communities when they return home. The project will have 2 activities: APV for 1 group leader from each partner + 1 young participant, and a youth exchange activity for 10 young people and 2 group leaders from each partner. By doing the project we also want to impact local communities, youth workers, partner organisations and media about the importance of teaching young people how to take care of their wellbeing. This project is fully linked to the aims and objectives of the Erasmus+ programme, the youth part where the objective is to improve the level of key competences and skills of young people, including those with fewer opportunities. With this project, we target the key competences of young people, especially those with fewer opportunities. Other objectives addressed by this project are: "to increase participants' awareness and understanding of other cultures and countries, offering them the opportunity to build international networks, to participate actively in society and to develop a sense of European citizenship and identity".
