“reACTion” - arose from the need found among youth workers who cooperated with the partner organizations of the project to recognize, learn, and disseminate a tool that allowed the direct experience of social inclusion. It originated from the awareness of youth workers of the need to fully understand the realities, needs, and backgrounds of their target groups, in order to operate with a view to complete social inclusion. Moreover, it stemmed from the need to be trained to involve people with disabilities, people from different cultural backgrounds, and people discriminated against for their gender or current position in society in an inclusive manner. For this reason, "reACTion" aimed to: Train 24 participants from 6 countries to use theater improv as a method of non-formal education, applicable internationally to better understand the needs of disadvantaged target groups and locally to create greater social inclusion. Structure a collaboration between 6 international partner associations to create a common method through the use of the same tools. Involve local community in participating in inclusive activities held with theater improv methodologies. Create 5 motivational videos that were promoted internationally, with one final video to inspire people, organizations, and associations to act together.
