The objective of MEGA is to provide youth workers and entities with tools to improve the quality of projects that effectively organize and resolve incidents that may arise in any activity launched by the participating entities. Both in international mobility and in their work with volunteers at the local level, European youth workers find how there are situations that are repeated in all countries and organizations and, even so, workers do not have the tools to adequately face those incidents. As youth workers we believe that there is much room for improvement in how entities approach the conflicts and situations they encounter. We believe that if youth workers have the opportunity to train and share best practices in aspects such as conflict situations, misunderstandings and diversity, future young people who participate in their mobilities will have a better and more enriching experience. The training course aims to: -Improve the capacity of social associations to face unforeseen events -increase the quality of Erasmus+ projects and mobilities -understand human diversity and the problems that can be associated with this diversity (disability, religious differences, racial differences...) -better understand group dynamics and how they are affected by the profile of the participants -Create a work network between the participating associations -exchange good practices between associations and youth workers -obtain skills to resolve the conflicts that appear in the projects of key action 1. -develop effective communication systems for work between associations as well as a platform for immediate problem solving. -develop among youth workers communication skills and mediation with the participants.
