The project was designed in response to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, which severely impacted various sectors, especially education. The pandemic led to significant disruptions in learning processes across Europe, with youth organizations particularly affected. As a result, new methods of delivering education had to be explored, and distance learning emerged as a viable solution. Although distance learning had been around for centuries, its full potential had not been utilized in the youth work sector, leaving many youth workers across Europe lacking the skills to effectively use online platforms for educational purposes. The Make it Clickable Training Course was implemented to enhance youth workers’ digital skills, proving that online learning can be as effective as face-to-face education. The course aimed to teach youth workers how to interact with online platforms specifically designed for distance education and how to apply these tools in their work across Europe. The main objectives of the project were as follows: To offer an effective alternative path to broader opportunities in education and youth work. To improve the digital competences of youth workers, including those with fewer opportunities, enabling them to use and create technologies for distance learning. To enhance the quality of delivering educational content to learners without requiring physical attendance. To highlight the importance of learning and adaptability, skills crucial for balancing work, family, and education in a digital environment. By the end of the training course, all participants were equipped with essential knowledge and skills to effectively develop and use online platforms for distance learning. This enabled them to create their own educational software, ensuring the continuation of their work in distributing knowledge to young people.
