The nature of this project arises from the need that exists in youth to learn to think, choose, feel, decide and build a dignified and satisfactory life. “My choice” is an invitation to harmful behaviors as a result of meager educational initiatives and offers. The program is proposed from a multidisciplinary approach, mainly educational and theoretical-practical. Our intention is to present a training offer to young European workers who seek to hold professional positions within non-regulated education, or any profession related to the socio-educational field. Train young European workers who want to invest their time in improving the time of others. The purpose is to generate a network in which non-formal and informal education takes center stage in order to be within the reach of youth, inside and outside urban centers. It is necessary to awaken particular reflection and help the youth collective to empower themselves. General The general objective encompasses the final totality of the program. It is the primary goal to be achieved from a generic panoramic view. Generate non-formal and informal learning opportunities for the educational and professional development of workers in the field of youth. Specific The specific objectives are subordinate to the general. The program is made up of several phases involving various activities. Therefore, multiple specific objectives are presented. Detect and know the needs, difficulties and potentialities of adolescents and young people, especially in more disadvantaged environments. Facilitate and promote citizen participation in non-formal education projects; Program, organize, stimulate and evaluate social intervention actions aimed at developing youth participation in educational and participatory projects. Promote leisure and free time techniques and resources and their application. Know the different branches and work options that are carried out in the different countries of the European Union, in order to spread educational alternatives complementary to the needs of young people. Propose policies and actions aimed at youth to improve their involvement, participation, training and autonomy. Promote the use of free time in a healthy and constructive way at a personal, group and community level. Revitalize and generate communication and meeting spaces for the rapprochement of different common agents: population, associative fabric, beneficiary groups, technicians and administrations. Facilitate the coverage of leisure needs in a structured and socializing way. Guide towards healthy and affordable age-appropriate leisure. Promote youth associationism as a key element of citizen participation and awareness and the development of healthy, ecological, tolerant, supportive and gender equality habits. Propose places for learning and creativity and a channel for the expression of the cultural forms of the young people themselves, who see these spaces as something attractive and alive at all times. Incorporate the gender perspective and the inclusion of diversity in all phases of the project.
