The Alegremia project aims to create a network of youth participation at the national level around a problem that deeply affects the country, and that is highly demanded by youth. Mental health and prevention of suicide, which is currently the first cause of non-natural death among young people. With this project all their demands and proposals will be collected, accompanied by one of the best experts and professionals in the field in Spain, Isabel Duque, better known as the Psico Woman, who will advise us throughout all the process. It is intended that young people become aware of the active role they have as citizens to demand solutions from political decision-making agents. Likewise, the objective is to share known resources and materials on mental health accessible to young people, but which are unknown. At the same time, it seeks to build bridges with institutions and encourage young people to start their own projects in this line of work, so that the impact of change and available resources is bigger.
