Through the youth exchange, with informal learning methods, workshops, movement and all the influences that young people will receive in the whole experience, we want to encourage young people to be active on the one hand and gain valuable experience on the other. We also want to do it all because we know the young people we work with and know what they need, and from what backgrounds, financial capabilities and what problems they face, and what deficits they have. We want to open the eyes of all young people, make them more socially active, aware, sensitive, accepting, tolerant, non-homophobic and, above all, more self-confident that they can do it if they just make an effort and become active. We will work according to the principle of supporting and helping, but not working instead of them. We have paid a lot of attention to the exchange program, which will be very active and will encourage a lot of movement in nature, workshops on the topic of exchange and a lot of interaction between young people. A sustainable, environmentally friendly and active lifestyle is becoming more and more important in times of excessive consumerism. That is why the project partners and our young people decided together to tackle this topic within the framework of a joint project. We believe that this project will be very useful for all project participants (youth and youth workers), for project partners, as well as for our local environments from which our partners come. The topic of the project and its implementation is particularly important for young people and their future. All the partners agree that young people today are very passive and to a large extent just wait for someone else to find a solution for them and only then become active, so we will motivate them to be proactive within the framework of this project. We will also encourage young people to think about the world around them, know how to express themselves and implement their ideas with which they want to improve the existing situation in their environment. Our project is closely related to the general objectives of the Erasmus + program. Within the framework of this project, we will enable young participants to develop personally and acquire new useful knowledge, thereby contributing to sustainable growth, promoting innovations in the field of sustainable lifestyle, as they will develop innovative ideas for sustainable self-care, a clean environment and the importance of movement in life, and how bonds, self-confidence and other personal qualities are strengthened with the help of these activities. With the help of this project, we will strengthen the European identity of the young participants and contribute to them becoming more active citizens, and above all, strengthen tolerance towards others and the realization that we all have red blood under our skin, that we can be hurt, disappointed, happy, have problems and especially emotions that are the same for everyone regardless of religion, race, skin color, sexual orientation or anything else. A very important aspect of the youth exchange is the time that youth workers will spend together with young people thats 24 hours a day, and with the help of activities, movement, various activities, workshops, solving hardships, help, support and everything else, we will strengthen the relationship between youth workers and young people, because the only effective tool for a positive influence on young people and their changes is the attitude, relationship, bond with the help of which we influence young people.
