The youth exchange "Act" was aimed at familiarizing young people with theatrical art, the hallmark of which is the ability to show oneself in improvisation. Act and partners organized the Theater for Peace project in Loisy, near Nancy. Our contacts allowed us to invite a professional head of the theater studio, who is actively working in the field of theater. Introducing young people to the field of art has brought many benefits for their cultural development, and acquaintance with various techniques will provide an excellent opportunity to creatively realize their ideas. The field for self-realization of youth was not limited by any thematic framework. Each participant was able to show their individuality, as well as learn how to work in a team to achieve a common goal. For example, we considered it very important to draw the attention of today's youth to the problem of peace. In this regard, one of the workshops of the "Theatre for peace" project was aimed directly at creating a theatrical production on this topic. Youth exchange "Theater for peace" brought together young people from 5 countries such as Luxembourg, France, Ukraine, Estonia and Poland. The main goal of the project was to increase the cultural level of the participants by getting acquainted with various types of theatrical art. We also developed the creativity of young people in accepting themselves through improvisation. Objectives of the Youth Exchange was: - To experience and explore different theatre methods of non-formal education being implemented for social inclusion of young people, carrying out a youth exchange on social theatre. Implementing new methods in practice. - To exchange different experiences from the field of theatre and how different organizations use theatre as a tool for inclusion through special workshops. - To collaborate in the field of developing theatre for the inclusion of young people with fewer opportunities. - To cultivate a respectful attitude of young people in communicating with peers and adults. - To help in the development of analytical and critical thinking skills of young people. - The creation of conditions for overcoming psychological barriers that impede full-fledged self-expression, as well as for revealing the talent of each participant. - To form a creative personality through the means of theatrical pedagogy. The Youth Exchange «Theatre for Peace» will raise the reflections among young people on the general objectives and important features of the ERASMUS+ program. This will be achieved successfully using different theatrical tools, activities, and workshops, methods of non-formal education.
