The aim of this project is to enable young volunteers, working for two organisations, one French and the other German, to have an intercultural experience during their year of commitment and to enhance the value of this commitment. This project will enable young people from two countries, working for two organisations, to: - experience an exchange of young Europeans (mobility and intercultural encounters) - exchange values (personal, of their respective countries, of the E.U.) - gain a better understanding of how the EU works and discuss their vision of tomorrow's Europe - develop skills such as mobility, expression in a foreign language, critical thinking and argumentation, etc.
