This exchange was a meeting between Palestinian, Spanish and French “youth workers”, that is to say between adults involved in extra-curricular activities with young people: at the Maison pour Tous in Jalboun for the members of the Jason association, at the El Corral de la Paca circus school in Jimena de la Frontera, for the members of the association of the same name, and with various local associations for the members of the Bages-Jalboun cooperation association. The objective was to make all the participants progress in terms of the quality of their youth work, with a particular focus on inclusion in terms of gender equality: better awareness of inequalities, stereotypes, obstacles and identification of possible developments in the organizational, communication and animation activities of each partner. We also wanted to be attentive to a better knowledge and a possible better use of digital tools in the activities and in the functioning of the partner associations. Finally, we had the ambition to write, during and at the end of the project, a sort of "White Paper on the promotion of gender equality in and through socio-educational action". To do this, we planned two meetings of two weeks each. A first meeting in Palestine of the "Job shadowing" type and a second in France of the "Seminar" type to return to the experience lived in Palestine, exchange knowledge and skills and find relevant tools.
