Objectives

Across the European Union, young people are encouraged to explore their strengths and interests and find a path that suits them, often early in school. Following relevant hobbies and school curricula, young people are often motivated to pursue practices such as art, music, sports, dance and/or science. School curriculums are often the first place where young people engage with non-formal learning and learning by doing. This is where young people begin to practice and become actively motivated on topics based on their interests. In this way, young people can discover their potential, gain self-confidence and have a deeper learning experience in their fields of interest. This makes significant contributions to their personal and academic development. The project aims to increase the professional competence of youth workers and teachers by focusing on improving informal teaching methods. In particular, it emphasizes learning-based approaches in daily activities with young people in rural and remote areas. This initiative aims to improve the skills of youth workers in this area where they are lacking. However, it not only strengthens the professional capacities of colleagues and partner organizations, but also delivers concrete results: Provides an effective Toolkit for youth workers, which includes learning strategies commonly used in teaching arts education to young people. Provides innovative materials and techniques for use in creative arts workshops; This aims to develop young people's talents and imagination by integrating them into the training programs of partner organisations.
