All our project objectives were met and surpassed as follows: O1. By implementing the training and the seminar we capacitate 32 youth workers (14 more than initially planned )form the four partner organisations in using digital collaborative tools (such as, but not limited to Microsoft365) in fostering the inclusion of youth with FO in all regular activities of their organisations. O2. We have developed a Digital Inclusion Club, available at: www.digitalinclusionclub.eu, where we have organised 20 successful workshops for youth workers related to the use of digital collaborative tools in fostering inclusion and have prepared for the organisation of the next 6 workshops by the end of this year. This Club is addressed to youth workers and staff form youth organisations in since the communication language is EN and all the workshops conducted in the club were done in EN. O3. Via our website (www.digitalinclusionclub.eu) we managed to create a framework for collaboration in which to identify, publish and promote the benefits of using digital collaboration tools in working with young people and young people facing fewer opportunities.
The four consortium partners are active organizations in E+ and strive towards high levels of inclusiveness. In the COVID and post COVID context a high portion of our work became digital. It was a challenge to provide quality nonformal educational services online and even a bigger challenge to assure they are inclusive and accessible to all, even the vulnerable youth we work with. We have applied this project to create a support structure for partners and other youth organisations to make full use of the available digital resources and to tailor their youth activities to be inclusive for all. We have identified that the digital tools that we use in working with youth facing fewer opportunities could be significantly improved. The stringent need this project addressed was to develop digital resilience of the consortium and become capable to provide high quality youth work using digital technology to foster inclusion. Specific needs addressed: 1. Educate staff on digital collaboration tools 2. Provide digital resources 3. Increase the quality of digital activities 4. Capacitate staff to organize digital activities 5. Educate key youth workers in using digital tools 6. Boost digital communication/collaboration
