Encourage physical mobility, social mobility that opens up horizons that they would not otherwise have access to, and creative mobility in terms of how we mobilise ourselves to be more creative. Enabling them to develop their thinking skills, a critical mind and collective intelligence. The aim is to encourage young people to enter the cultural creative industries linked to digital imaging and the Internet by developing their skills and know-how in the performing arts sector, which offers high employment potential. Encourage their involvement in order to teach them to participate in civil society. Raise their awareness of entrepreneurship. Encourage a diversity of profiles and a mix of genders, and create a space for dialogue on issues of ecological and digital transition and European identity through sensitive experience. Promoting inclusion and contributing to equal opportunities so that everyone "can have the resources they need to participate in society", contributing to their personal development, self-confidence, changing the way they look at themselves, encouraging personal development, self-fulfilment, stress management and teamwork.
Our experience of the cultural sector environment and its players has enabled us to make the link between the wealth of young people and the employment potential in online media and cultural professions. This project is based on the need to explore new apprenticeship models to contribute to the employability of young people in the cultural industries sector, with its high employment potential linked to image and the internet, which is very attractive to young people. Promoting the socio-professional integration of young people by helping them to develop their skills and take them to the next level in terms of know-how and interpersonal skills to make them more employable. But these are issues that take time and require a collective response, because they are often structural issues, hence the need to be able to work on them through cooperation and at European level in any case, where the response is necessarily European. This is what we wanted to do with this 1st European project, with the concern that our responses could be of use to other structures, whatever their field of activity, with tangible, measurable and transferable results.
