We wanted to : - Give youth workers the tools for an ecological transition, so that they can find the right posture for working with young people. - Build transnational know-how and interpersonal skills, opening up the way for professionals to think globally - act locally - Build a trinational partnerships and encourage future exchanges between organizations - Indirectly, make young people actors in an ecological transition which resembles them - Create the conditions for change in local youth and ecological transition policies through action by local players.
We felt it was essential to reflect on and work on the posture of professional players such as youth leaders on the subject of ecological transition, in order to remain faithful to the values of popular education that our structures uphold. This applies to their practices, their skills and their motivation to encourage and support the development of projects and actions by children and young people on this subject. To this end, we wanted not only to strengthen skills through exchanges of practices and tools among professionals, but also to enhance the value of actions already proposed.
