The Ri4You(th) project aimed to actively involve young people from Rijeka in the implementation of the Youth Program of the City of Rijeka for the period 2023–2030. We wanted to familiarize them with the program, its pillars, the specifics of the city administration's work, youth ambassadors, and ways they can actively participate in shaping youth policies. The general goal of the Ri4You(th) project was to strengthen the dialogue between young people and decision-makers at the municipal level in implementing the Youth Program of the City of Rijeka 2023–2030. The specific objectives of the project were: (1) to sensitize city administration employees to meaningful dialogue with young people, (2) to increase young people's knowledge of decision-making processes, (3) to empower members of the Youth Council of the City of Rijeka to advocate for quality youth policies, and (4) to engage young people in implementing activities from the Youth Program.
