Starting a career as a young adult is not easy and based on our previous research with the partners we found that many youngsters have doubts and questions connected to starting a career and finding their way. Find Your Way addressed the challenges faced by young individuals aged 18-25 in securing jobs that contribute to their personal development. Many struggle with career choices and lack the tools to effectively market themselves. One of the main objectives was to help the participants realize their strengths, and weaknesses, reflect on themselves, help them find a suitable (or dream) profession, and prepare them to succeed in the job interview. We provided guidance with different tools and exchanged information on different career possibilities. Our second main objective was the improvement of digital skills because it will be a key competence/factor in the future job market. Somehow in all positions, we have to use digital tools if only for administration, therefore we used a lot of digital tools and introduced new ones to each other. Apart from that we created our own self-branding videos that helped also to market ourselves. To goal was to familiarize ourselves with the usage of multiple digital tools to strengthen our employability skills and by that foster a more valuable future workforce. We took into account the workplace itself which everyone will have at some point in their lives. The aim was to raise awareness of inclusion and diversity in the workplace since our societies are becoming more and more diverse and in many cases we work in international teams. Another important factor that should take care of is the mental health. The project focused on career-related mental health issues to make our participants aware of them and how to act upon them if they see them appearing on themselves or on family and friends. Through the empowerment of participants during the youth exchange, the project envisioned them becoming multipliers of those skills and values, influencing their local communities to develop and excel. Additionally, the initiative sought to foster intercultural understanding and sensitivity, providing participants with a deeper insight into the cultures of the participating countries.
