The aim of “TOgather worldwide” is the creation of connections between a multicultural group of young people who are building their own path in Europe. The aim is achieved through the following objectives: - the creation of an international safe space for intercultural and personal sharing that is long-lasting in time. - The involvement of at least 18 young migrants who are living in 6 partner countries in European knowledge and opportunities. - The development of a list of good practices born from sharing and analyzing the needs of young migrants in Europe. - The creation of connections and the sharing of tools and expertise between 6 NGOs who are involving young migrants at the international level. - The raise of awareness of the simplicity of inclusion in the international community: inclusion can be created and raised through small steps.
