REACT TO YOUTH UNEMPLOYMENT was a training course that brought together 31 attendees, including 5 GL and a facilitator, from 6 associations located in: Italy, Germany, Spain, Romania, Greece, and Poland. The project is divided into two main activities: the APV and Main Event. The APV was held from 30.07.2023 to 02.08.2023. The Main Event was held from 08.09.2023 to 18.08.2023. The pedagogical dimension of the areas used in the field of art is incorporated into the entire project to create a specific outcome: a positive social change. In order to create a short show, the participants were involved in every phase of a business project: product/service design, financial aspects, product/service creation, promotion, and sales. The project's main objective was to enable participants to actively improve their skills in theatrical art. The tasks developed during the project include: -the act of writing a subject to be represented through the knowledge learnt in the storytelling session; -the choice and organization of the scenography set design; -the activity of sponsorship in the local territory; -marketing-communication through the social channel of the event; -the staging of the subject. The project outcomes can be summarized as follows: - Development of self-employment capacity; - Development of the capacity to create a theatre project (or any other project, including an entrepreneurial one), promoting it on a territory and on digital platforms; - Development of communication and marketing skills, both physical and on social media; - Development of digital skills such as the use of photo and video editing software; - Capacity building as project managers and leaders and competences for future actions related to Erasmus+; - Development of the international network of young leaders and connections for future Erasmus+ experiences and actions; - Development of creativity and organizational skills. In our expectation, the results achieved will meet the call's objectives and provide new knowledge in art and culture, a decrease in youth unemployment, and the expansion of digital skills.
