We have applied because we realized that CCI are spread all over Europe, but these have different levels of implementation depending on the country where they are located. Lecce is a small town but full of associations and CCI. Project partner works with youth workers and they are split in different countries; the exchange experience with Rotterdam is intended to borrow the best practices identificated in the different territories and to adapt them to the different local contexts. Project activities are planned to implement instruments for youth entrepreneurship and youth employment on the ground of experiences still gained that can be implemented and adapted. The project allows youth workers to meet and exchange practices and models in social entrepreneurship for youngsters, to foster one's skills and knowledge, identify innovative and sustainable forms of employment and design new forms of social interventions in the local backgrounds.
