We aimed to achieve several objectives through our project, focusing on increasing awareness and fostering inclusiveness through sport. The specific goals included: Promoting the role of sports in combating all types of discrimination. Encouraging gender equality in sports. Promoting a healthy way of living. Improving participants' abilities to plan and carry out sport-based initiatives combating hate speech in their communities. Contributing to the fight against social exclusion and discrimination. Spreading the concepts of equality, leadership, and teamwork as trademarks of empowerment through sport. Promoting physical empowerment by participating in minority team sports. Raising awareness about current gender issues, discriminatory practices, and prejudices in sports. Promoting diversity and European ideals, as well as increasing awareness of the Erasmus+ program and its potential. Recognizing gender equality as a fundamental right and effective promoter of wealth, peace, and social justice, we aimed to address the existing gaps. Despite growing public attention to gender equality, we acknowledged the long road ahead to achieve full equality of rights and opportunities for all. Our partner organizations, having collaborated successfully in prior Erasmus+ mobilities, expressed eagerness to enhance their abilities in promoting inclusion, rights, and the quality of their actions, particularly focusing on sports as a vehicle for social inclusion. The 7-day agenda comprised NFE, info sessions, workshops, and practical activities with a focus on European realities. The project served as a platform to share experiences and best practices in using sport as a tool for social inclusion and discrimination elimination. Key issues covered included sport, inclusivity, human rights, non-discrimination, and healthy lifestyles. The project envisioned long-term cooperation through its follow-up strategy, aiming to create a multiplying effect. Participants, equipped with unique skills, were expected to contribute to the European wave of creating more acknowledged, skilled, and receptive youth towards human rights issues in their communities, Europe, and the world. The project aimed to impact society's attitudes, promoting equality, democracy, and inclusion.
