The main objectives of our project were successfully achieved. We aimed to address the challenges faced by young people in Lithuania and other countries regarding their low level of knowledge and skills for entrepreneurship. Our primary goal was to empower these youths by providing them with the necessary competences to become successful entrepreneurs. Here's what we wanted to achieve and what we successfully accomplished: Objective 1: Improved Entrepreneurial Competences: -Our first objective was to enhance the entrepreneurial competences of 42 participants. Through various learning activities, participants gained the fundamental skills and knowledge needed to start and manage their own businesses. The participants gained insights into business planning, financial management, marketing, and other crucial aspects of entrepreneurship. By the project's conclusion, all participants demonstrated a significant improvement in their entrepreneurial abilities. Objective 2: Enhanced Communication Skills and Intercultural Understanding: -Our second objective was to foster improved communication skills and intercultural understanding among the 42 young participants. Through the project's activities and interactions, participants not only gained vital entrepreneurial skills but also developed strong communication skills and a better understanding of different cultures. They learned how to work effectively in teams, express their ideas confidently, and bridge cultural gaps. As a result, the participants were not only better prepared for entrepreneurship but also more culturally aware and adept at collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds. In summary, our project not only met but exceeded its objectives. 42 young individuals successfully gained entrepreneurial competences and enhanced communication skills and intercultural understanding. Through our efforts, we have empowered these youths to confidently pursue entrepreneurial opportunities, contributing significantly to their personal and professional growth.
