Our project centered on the common priorities of Erasmus+ projects, promoting inclusion, diversity, and digitization. By stressing the EU 11 Youth Goals, we intended for youth workers to build the essential abilities in young leadership through coaching techniques to address challenges such as rural youth inclusion and quality learning in the European area, both of which may be reinforced by digital tools. In terms of improving leadership abilities in various areas, the project included coaching components. Coaching and leadership were complimentary abilities needed to be improved of all youth workers, specialists, and leaders. While leadership was all about providing the vision and direction, as well as setting an example, coaching was all about assisting and supporting people in being and doing their best. We aimed to implement a project to develop youth workers’ competence in applying coaching techniques for youth leadership. Our objectives for this training course were: - To develop transformational leadership skills through coaching; - To deepen youth workers’ knowledge about coaching techniques for youth leadership; - To guide youth workers on how to use digital tools for efficient group and individual coaching; - To improve cultural communication and leadership skills through art coaching.
