With the Promptus ad EU project, our primary objective was to strengthen the emotional resilience of young participants in EU Mobility Programs. We aimed to provide them with the necessary tools to manage their emotions and decision-making processes throughout their mobility experiences. By addressing these emotional challenges, we wanted to improve the overall well-being of participants, ensuring they feel supported before, during, and after their mobility journeys. In addition, we wanted to create a sustainable mentoring and coaching methodology that would benefit not only participants but also the organisations involved in EU Programs. This methodology would help organisations offer better guidance and emotional support to their participants. Our goals also included raising awareness about EU Mobility Programs, fostering active European citizenship, and promoting mental health awareness. Through the creation of podcasts, training sessions, and a dedicated website, we aimed to reach a wider audience, enhance the visibility of these programs, and empower young people to participate confidently in both short- and long-term mobilities.
We applied for the Promptus ad EU project to address the growing need for emotional support among young participants of EU Mobility Programs. Beyond traditional volunteering, our goal is to equip individuals with essential emotional management tools to navigate decision-making processes during their mobility experiences abroad. By offering guidance before, during, and after their journeys, we aim to foster active European citizenship and enhance personal growth. This project also responds to the need for a common mentoring methodology for organisations involved in EU Programs, providing them with resources to better support participants. Additionally, we were committed to creating accessible content in English, including podcasts, training events, and a dedicated website, which will not only raise awareness about EU Mobility Programs but also promote mental health and emotional well-being. Through these initiatives, we applied for the project to cultivate inclusivity, empower young people, provide information on EU Programmes and support participants involved in short term and long term mobilities.
