Outdoor plus is an intercultural exchange for young people who come from different European countries: Romania, Finland, Spain, Austria/Liechtenstein and Luxembourg. The focus of this intercultural exchange is on recognizing one's own competencies and valuing them as well as bringing Europe's cultural diversity closer by using nature and culture as international means of communication. By finding out and strengthening their own skills, young people can look to their future with more stability and self-confidence. In this project, the young people learn to apply their existing and learned skills, which in turn strengthens their self-confidence. We are also always striving to further develop non-formal projects (local, national and international) in order to support young people as good and appropriate as possible on their path to adulthood.
