Objectives

The project "Yes, I do!" had the main goal to foster the mental health and well-being of young people. To achieve this aim a set of specific objectives were established: 1. Enhance awareness and understanding: • Promote a comprehensive understanding of mental health among young people. • Increase awareness of the importance of mental well-being in their overall health. 2. Provide sustainable mental health methods: • Equip young people with effective and sustainable methods to maintain their mental health. • Offer resources that support long-term mental well-being. 3. Explore diverse mental health approaches: • Encourage young people to explore and experience a variety of methods related to mental health. • Foster an understanding of the diverse approaches available for promoting mental well-being. 4. Facilitate non-formal activities: • Develop and provide non-formal activities tailored to young people, offering practical tools and strategies. • Empower young participants to share these activities within their own communities. 5. Support inclusion and diversity: • Contribute to the Inclusion and Diversity Strategy of the Erasmus+ program. • Involve young people from social risk groups, ensuring that the project is accessible and beneficial to a diverse range of individuals. 6. Strengthen European relations: • Promote youth exchanges as a means to strengthen relationships among European organizations. • Position youth exchanges as valuable opportunities for personal growth and cross-cultural understanding. By addressing these objectives, the "Yes, I do!" project aimed to make a meaningful impact on the mental health landscape for young people, fostering not only personal well-being but also contributing to broader social goals such as inclusion, diversity, and international cooperation.
