Background and Goals What did we want to achieve by implementing the project? People are completely different from each other. In other words, a person differs not only with his physical features, but also with his characteristic features. For example, each person's musical taste, hobbies, favorite foods and thoughts are different from each other, and individual differences arise in their education. Since each person has different abilities, intelligence, interests, learning styles, prior knowledge and different motivations, all these differences should be considered in the fields of education and categorized accordingly. In this context, the importance and value of education can be understood by giving importance to these individual differences and offering educational activities aimed at the individual's abilities, interests and intelligence. Based on this theory, the basis of our project was the "Multiple Intelligence Theory", in which there are 8 different types of intelligence. This theory is a theory that highlights individual differences in individuals and reveals that each individual is unique. Therefore, the most important achievements in the project we implemented were to enable people to take a step towards self-discovery, to support individuals to realize their potential and to highlight their individual talents. They have made progress in exploring the environments in which they feel and gaining different perspectives. What were the goals of our project? 1-. We ensured that our participants and our target audience were aware of the main goals and priorities, features and opportunities provided by the Erasmus Plus Programs to young people, and that other people were also informed about this issue. 2- By enabling individuals to discover themselves, we contributed to their awareness of their potential. 3-We ensured that our participants and target audience in our project were informed about the Youthpass Certificate. 4-We contributed to our participants and target audience in our project to have an idea about their educational philosophies. 5-We ensured that individuals were conscious about the Theory of Multiple Intelligences and that our participants and target audience also learned new information. 6-We helped people raise awareness about “knowing oneself”, which is a prerequisite for a healthy career planning. 7- We made individuals realize that their different characteristics are "not a flaw", or even "privilege". 8-We ensured that all the target audience affected by our project, especially our participants, raise awareness about perception with a different perspective and approaching events in this way. 9-We supported our target audience, especially our participants in our project, to raise awareness about improving their quality of life. 10. By contributing to the visibility and recognition of our project, we have made young people aware of the need to participate in more youth club or association activities. 11- We contributed to the development of sensitivity in order to support the participation of young people in Erasmus+ projects, to increase the social awareness of young people on many different issues, and to ensure that young people are encouraged in this regard. 12-We helped our target audience, especially the participants in our project, to move away from prejudices, to have an idea about different cultural values and to develop their sense of discovery.
