The applicant and partner organizations have been aimed to acquire the following benefits from the project activities: 1) to provide an international project experience in the field of youth in order to be more receptive and eager to similar initiatives in the following years, 2) increasing youth workers' knowledge, skills, and understanding of other cultures as a result of their involvement in the project, and helping organizations improve their human resources; 3) to be more visible on a national and European scale by strengthening their institutional capabilities, 4) to inspire other organizations to create similar projects in accordance with the Erasmus program's structure and objectives by providing them with experience working on goal-oriented projects,
Music is one of the tools that have a great impact on the personal and professional development of youngsters by making them interact more easily with each other and the society they live in. People with a musical background easily acquire many soft skills such as self-discipline, responsibility, tolerance, concentration, communication, teamwork which can be useful to them in their personal, social and professional lives. The project has been designed to develop a series of intellectual outputs and activities that will contribute to the acquisition of many values, through international cooperation of organizations working in the fields of music, education, and youth, with a music-based approach, and will develop both hard (music-related skills, audio-visual skills) and soft skills (self-discipline, responsibility, tolerance ).
