Modern research shows that young people are not active in community activities. They do not want to get involved in systematic activities of non-governmental organizations and volunteers, and are more willing to take part in occasional projects. The research shows a picture of young people focused on their own development, who do not want to change reality, but try to get used to it. Young people are subject to constant pressure and competition to achieve success. For some young people, the way to cope with the growing alienation is social activity, demonstrated by the participants of the "Stopklatka" project. These are young people who are interested in current events and want to express their opinions, interpret various contents and influence the surrounding reality. Young people participating in the project are very active and involved in social life. Taking into account the trend in the general behavior of young people, the organization through the exchange also aimed to "awaken" greater activity among the recipients of dissemination activities. The main goal of the project was to equip young people with the skills and knowledge needed to create various forms of film through which they will be able to express themselves, their views and opposition to the increasingly frequent aggression in the world. Specific objectives: - involvement of people with fewer opportunities in the project, which will create the opportunity to equalize opportunities in the non-formal learning process, - acquiring knowledge and competences under the guidance of specialists/experts in the fields - camera operator, film editor, sound and lighting producer - increasing language competences, - promotion of lifelong learning, - increase in soft skills (expressing one's own opinion, attitudes, within the limits that do not violate the rights of other people, accepting constructive criticism, coping with stress, resolving conflicts, time management), - motivating others and yourself to achieve set goals and tasks, - increased competence in creating a message for a wide range of recipients, - increased involvement in social life, - increasing efficiency in initiating grassroots initiatives, - inspiring young people to continuous self-education, - eliminating prejudices and stereotypes, - promoting intercultural dialogue, tolerance, emphasizing one's national identity with the right to diversity, - influencing the local, regional and international community by preparing multimedia materials in the form of photos and reports and disseminating the project results. The aim of the project was also to develop among the participants, through social activity, such competences as: group cooperation and responsibility. Another positive factor was personal development and a sense of belonging to a group.
