The desire to implement the project emerged from the initiative of young people involved in the fight against climate change. Undoubtedly, the topics of ecology, sustainability and climate change are now among the most important elements of public debate in the eyes of young people. Action to combat and adapt to climate change will be a huge undertaking requiring involvement at all levels from international organizations to states, local governments and local communities. The main goals of the project are to - to deepen knowledge of climate change and green city design; -increase participants' interest and knowledge in sustainable solutions in urban policy; - to create situations that will allow them to experience the principles of urban agglomeration, identify its needs and, working together, prepare a plan to solve them - to design their own space taking into account policies referring to ecology. It will also allow young people to stimulate their creativity and use or develop their artistic talents. The project involves young people from Poland, Ukraine, Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Each participant had the opportunity to experience the culture and customs of a particular group through cultural encounters. The project is based on the principles of non-formal education. It uses innovative methods of acquiring knowledge, broadening horizons and developing skills based on active participation of young people in decision-making processes and shaping the reality around us.
