By implementing the project, we wanted to achieve the goals that we had set. The main objective of the project was to increase the theoretical knowledge in the field of ecology by 60 participants from 3 countries, efficiency in organizing pro-ecological actions and media competence, and increase involvement in public life. This goal has been achieved. The goals of the project are a response to the needs of young people in the face of their sense of helplessness in the face of the ever-deteriorating state of environmental pollution. The main goal of the project was achieved, thanks to which: - increasing theoretical knowledge in the field of ecology, efficiency in organizing pro-ecological actions and media competences, increased involvement in public life by 60 participants from 3 countries. The implementation of the project enabled young people to engage in pro-ecological activities in their communities and to pass on the knowledge and experience acquired by the participants. Participation in the project encouraged young people to get involved in the creation, implementation and monitoring of public policies, including pro-ecological policy. The implementation of the project, through the acquired competences and experience, helped the participants: - enhance educational development - choose the right career path - develop a committed business, be a leader and lead pro-ecological actions - cooperate with the media, and thus start or develop social work, e.g. within non-governmental organizations. Specific objectives were achieved, thanks to which: - an increase in competences in the field of ecology, environmental protection and sustainable development was achieved - skills were acquired in the field of organization of pro-ecological actions, including EKOWALKING-cleaning the world with the participation of students of the CKU School Complex in Radoczy, a large-scale media campaign with the participation of residents and representatives of the local government and engaging the community around ecological problems - there was an increase in knowledge resources regarding activities for the natural environment (Zero Waste, Leave No Traces) - there was an increase in media skills, formulation and dissemination of messages and journalistic texts on ecology - there was an increase in the level of responsibility for own publications, the possibility of raising the level of skills under the guidance of experts - there was an increase in language and digital competences (film and editing programmes, production of the film Eco-vademecum, running and publishing own video materials on fb EKOAKTYWNI-W AKCJA) - got to know the specifics of working in an intercultural international group - there was an increase in tolerance and empathy as well as respect for other people and different cultures, promoting non-discrimination and breaking stereotypes - there was a development of entrepreneurship, the ability to take initiatives, social and civic competences - they acquired knowledge of European programs, obtaining external funds for the implementation of their ideas - there was an increased sense of common goals based on European values in the process of building an integrated European community without barriers and borders.
