The main goal of the Action project - self-presentation! was to organize workshops related to self-presentation and improvisation. The project participants were young people from Poland struggling with social exclusion under the care of the Masovian Voivodeship OHP Headquarters and participants from a youth organization from Slovakia, which brings together young people. Both groups took part in workshops on image creation and self-presentation to fight for themselves, support their self-confidence and believe in their own abilities. Participants absorbed knowledge and acquired new skills during workshops. With the help of the leader, they prepared a theater performance, which was a kind of summary of the knowledge acquired during the mobility. The specific goals of the project were: - increase in competences related to introducing oneself and speaking so that we are listened to, - increasing self-confidence, - increase in language competences - increased internationalization, - increase in assertiveness, - resistance to stress, - acquiring skills related to high personal culture, - acquiring the ability to perform in front of a larger group of people, - strengthening character through the need to expose oneself to the audience's judgment, - overcoming barriers related to being with people from another country, - increase in tolerance, - satisfying curiosity about other European nations, - increase in self-presentation competences, building trust in other people, - acquiring skills related to behaviors that support the growth of other people's trust in us.
