The project ‘’ Future energy’’ was initiated by the youth from 3 countries. Participans was a group of 27 people who came toward to partner organizations and proposed organizing a workshop with the purpose to make variety of people aware of the need of bringing closer the kinds of renewable energy sources and the way how to use them in everyday life. During the project the youth wished to share ideas how to promote benefits of renewable energy sources in the countries with low level of using them. The idea occurred due to the needs of the engaged youth in preventing degradation of our planet and propagating replacing mineral fuels in energy by renewable energy sources during European energy crisis, increased by Russian’s invasion of Ukraine. By taking adventage of mobility the youth from 3 countries wished to minimize effects of energy crisis – the biggest one since World War II. By carrying out the workshop the youth wished to: - increase the knowledge of potentials of renewable energy sources among European citizens and minimize this way effects of energy crisis and environment degradation, - promote pro-eco approach by cooperating with the youth around the world directed to environment protection, - start a dialogue between the youth and local authorities in exchange cities directed to cooperation for local communities also in range of implemanting new technologies, - organize the exchange of experiences among participants from 3 countries about renewable energy sources and their practical use, - strengthen European values, unity and cooperation beyond devisions in critical situations. The youth wished to bring up issues about kinds of renewable energy sources and the ways how to apply them in practice and encourage European community to take adventage of the natural resources. During the exchange the youth also suggested how to implement renewable energy sources in cities from which participants came from. The suggestions were introduced to local authorities of mobility cities and business representatives of the region. The youth is aware that wind, the Sun energy, precipitations, sea waves, geotermy are the sources which are endless and friendly to the environment. The main goal of the project was to carry out workshops (from 06 to 16 June 2023) with 27 participants about how to increase the level of ecologiacal awaremess of the participants from exchange countries in the range of energy effectiveness and implementaion of renewable energy sources. Detailed goals of the project were: 1) inrease of participants knowledge in the range of, implementing them and benefits (econimical, social and ecological) coming from applying them at min. 90% of participants, 2) inrease of knowledge of implementing new technologies in energy production and promotion of the knowledge among recipients around the world (blog about renewable energy sources, promoting the project and its results) at min. 90% of participants taking part in the project confirmed by tests checking the level of the knowledge. 3) inrease of linguistic competences of English language in the range of specialist vocabulary of technics. engeeniring and environmrnt protection (assumed increase of the knowledge in the range of the project at about 85% confirmed by tests) 4) Involvement of the youth in minimazing effects of environment degradation and energy crisis by starting the dialogue between the youth and local authorities in exchange cities and cooperation (increase at 90%) 5) Increse of skills of the dislogue conducting with local authorities and in public speeches (increse at min. 85% confirmed by evaluation of participants’ and coaches’). 6) Nonformal education of participants from 3 European countries by organizing exchange in the form of workshops, advice and specialist counseling in order to even the level of linguistic skills of participants’ with lower chances (increase at min, 85% confirmed by evaluation of coaches’ and knowledge tests). 7) strengthening of European values, unity and cooperation beyond devisions in critical situations directed to dialogue and protection of joint Europe. 8) Engaging the youth with lower chances in nonformal education including making decisions in order to promote effective learning, understanding, tolerance, non-discrimination during the project.
