The main goal of our project was to draw attention to one of the major issues of the 21st century - chronic stress, which also affects young people. Our primary aim was to comprehensively address the topic of stress in our lives, including distinguishing its types and attempting to identify methods of coping with stressful situations. The inspiration for creating such a project stemmed from the global situation: pandemics, wars, armed conflicts, and even economic problems are just some of the elements widely covered by the media that affect the mental health of young individuals. Our goal was to gather and systematize as much knowledge as possible, which we pursued through: (1) conducting surveys among young people regarding the level of stress and methods of coping with it in our local communities; (2) organizing youth meetings aimed at exchanging information, developing best practices, and preparing a social campaign; (3) implementing the social campaign.
