The implementation of the project was very important for us, because it marked a new chapter in the activities of our Association - a chapter of international cooperation that would create new opportunities for young people and employees. It motivated them, boosted their confidence, helped them go beyond their small homelands and strengthened their European identity. For rural youth, participation in international projects or participatory approaches was a chance to grow, to gain new skills, especially in working with culturally diverse partners. Involvement in the project, even during discussions with our partner, showed us that it would provide new opportunities, equip us with new skills and competencies, and broaden our perspectives on the world, satisfying the need for new and exciting challenges. We also valued the preservation of beautiful traditions handed down from generation to generation, so that the values they carried, which were universal, would not disappear today. Therefore, the main goal of our project was intercultural education and personal development of the participants through understanding and preserving the traditions and culture of Poland, Lithuania and Europe.
