The implementation of the "Bullying Proof" project was the idea of young people, which was created and discussed on the Messenger group, which is still used today by participants of the youth exchange "No for discrimination, yes for inclusion", organized in July 2021. The motivation to prepare and implement the project was a sad personal story shared on the Messenger group by one of the participants of the "No for discrimination, yes for inclusion" project. The participant admitted that he was a victim of online bullying and did not know what to do to prevent it. He talked about verbal attacks from his peers, which affected him greatly and depressed him mentally.A discussion ensued in the group, during which we came to the conclusion that many of us had similar experiences, were victims of online hate or encountered a situation in which another person was harassed and hated. The reasons for this hate were appearance, lower predispositions to practice sports, religion, learning difficulties, and different ethnic origins. We a ll agreed in the group that hate and verbal harassment online have a very negative impact on the mental development of young people and mutual relationships. Outraged by the amount of hate speech surrounding us online, we decided that as young people, we could take joint action on this issue by discussing this topic as part of the Erasmus+ project. The main goals of our project were to find answers to the questions: 1) What to do when seeing cases of hate and verbal harassment on the Internet? 2) How to support our peers who have to deal with harassment and hate online? How to react in such cases? 3) Who can we turn to for help when dealing with hate? How to support our friends dealing with cyberbullying? 4) How to recognize whether hateful activities affecting us or our peers qualify for reporting to the police? What should you pay attention to when reporting such behavior to the appropriate services? The project also aimed to discuss cases of hate that have affected us so far and are still affecting us, which have not yet been reported to anyone and we have not taken any action to stop them, we have not talked about this hate with anyone because we feel embarrassed by these situations. The aim of the project was also to expand our knowledge about the main causes and the most popular patterns of verbal and psychological violence in cyberspace, and to find out what are the roots and reasons for the spread of online hate phenomena. The aim of the project was finally to understand the effects and ways of dealing with cyberbullying, to understand the serious impact that cyberbullying has on the person harassed in this way. As part of the project, we talked about how to deal with emotions and stress caused by cyberbullying and how to react to it. Organizing an international youth exchange helped us better understand cyberbullying and compare best practices from different countries on how to fight and counteract cyberbullying. The aim of the project was also to respond to the most important needs of youth groups from particular countries, reported at the application stage: - we learned how to become promoters of activities against cyberbullying in our local communities, - we learned new non-formal methods and intercultural learning methods that can contribute to a greater understanding of the issue of diversity by young people and reduce the phenomenon of online hate. The aim of the project was also for our school to establish new contacts and cooperation with partner organizations from North Macedonia, Greece, Turkiye and Hungary. The implementation of the project enabled our school to expand its cooperation network, which will allow us to prepare further international initiatives for young people in the future. To sum up, the implementation of the project enabled the entire group (42 participants from 5 Program Countries - North Macedonia, Greece, Turkiye, Hungary and Poland) to understand the effects and how to deal with cyberbullying, and also made it possible to realize what impact it has on us, how to cope deal with it, how to deal with the emotions and stress caused by experiencing cyberbullying. The youth exchange allowed us to look at the problem of cyberbullying from different perspectives and develop common solutions to deal with it.
