By participating in the project, we have confirmed that belonging to the European Union gives young people like us many opportunities to develop. Hard work, enthusiasm and commitment, the desire to overcome our own barriers were our idea for achieving success within the Erasmus+ program. Participation in the project became a way for us to fulfill our ambitions, dreams and expectations. Participation in the project allowed us to "spread our wings" and also to enter a much higher level than in the case of local and regional activities, which we had participated in for the most part before starting to implement this project. Implementation of the "Be Modern, Be Successful!" project allowed our NGOs to: expand their influence, gain prestige, develop a network of international contacts. The main goal that we managed to achieve by participating in the project was to go down a path that led us to become modern young people who are successful in education, professional work, within the framework of activities for our organizations, in private life. Through participation in the project, we not only underwent a mental transformation, but also deepened our European awareness, acquired knowledge on the basis of which we gained the power to cope in educational, economic, political and social areas, we learned to use modern information and communication technologies. During the youth exchange, we will focus on the issues of: EU citizenship, European awareness and democracy. Understanding the essence of these issues provided us with space for personal development, taking action for our non-governmental organizations, local communities, our countries. During the youth exchange, we delved into the topics of EU citizenship, European awareness and democracy while using information and communication technologies. Our ambition was to create a space within which content related to EU citizenship, European awareness and democracy will gain the opportunity to be exposed on a publicly available Internet platform (information and communication) created by us. We succeeded! By creating the Internet platform "Be Modern, Be Successful!", we managed to combine knowledge about EU citizenship, European awareness and democracy with information and communication technologies. In this way, after the implementation of the project, we have an impact on a wide range of young people in Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Portugal, Italy and Serbia, as well as in other EU countries. As a result of the implementation of the "Be Modern, Be Successful!" project, we have developed European awareness, thus breaking the short-sighted way of thinking that makes it difficult to achieve success at a level higher than local, and we have also acquired knowledge on issues related to EU citizenship and democracy. We have acquired this knowledge in such a way that we now fully understand the mechanisms within which they operate and can use them to the benefit of ourselves, our communities, our organizations and our countries, as well as the European Union. We have acquired skills in using information and communication technologies to achieve educational, economic, social and civic goals, as well as to include a wide number of young people in the activities of our organizations (also in the scope of participation in the Erasmus + program). We have created a space for young people from Poland, Slovakia, Lithuania, Italy, Serbia and Lithuania using the online platform "Be Modern, Be Successful!" which provided us with the opportunity to educate ourselves and initiate the implementation of joint projects in the educational, economic, social, civic, etc. fields. We developed project awareness, language skills, the ability to work in international teams, We experienced cultural knowledge and also learned to conduct intercultural dialogue, we opened up to other people, we acquired an attitude of tolerance. Through the implementation of the project, we established international contacts that increased the range of our possibilities in the field of co-creating interesting youth initiatives and further participation in the Erasmus+ program. So, have all the original goals of the project been achieved by us? Definitely YES!
