The main objective of the exchange was to equip 40 young people from Poland and Latvia with practical knowledge and skills useful in entrepreneurial activities. The specific objectives we wanted to achieve were - to learn about areas of practical application of entrepreneurship such as, business, social activity and social economy - to learn practical methods and tools for creative problem solving, to learn about practical methods and tools for creative problem solving, needed in entrepreneurial activities - to develop a set of qualities and skills needed in entrepreneurial activities - to exchange experience in these areas with peers from Latvia - to get to know Latvian and Polish culture - to learn about culture and search for common cultural links, by organising two cultural evenings - to become independent and increase self-esteem by creating a project from the beginning to the end as elements supporting entrepreneurial attitudes - to learn English in everyday situations, to be able to express oneself in a foreign language, and to learn how to use it in everyday life. learning to use English in everyday situations and to be able to express one's own thoughts and opinions in English
