The main aim of the project's training is to have a real impact on the culture of organisations to create innovation-friendly environments within their own structures and to create innovative attitudes among participants in order to better diagnose the needs, conditions and risks affecting the marginalisation of young people or their distance from the labour market. All participating organisations are motivated, enthusiastic and have received an increase in competences related to the professional profiles of their staff, which will enable them to reach out to a wider group of young people in the local community, to increase their ability to bring about change in terms of modernisation and openness to the international community. Participants received good practice in communicating in foreign languages through the Erasmus+ programme. Through the implementation of the international project, the organisations created an opportunity for local young people to meet and interact with other young people from Europe, to integrate professionally, develop contacts and cooperation between societies within the framework of European integration. At the end of the project, each organisation started to create and implement innovations in the daily activities of the organisation and its staff on the topics of youth work, unemployment, social inclusion, entrepreneurship and promoting the active participation of unemployed youth or youth at risk of social exclusion in the integration process at local, national, European and international levels. One of the objectives was the importance of gaining more experience in Erasmus+ projects in cooperation with an extensive and constantly growing network of international partners.
