One of the basic tools in the development of ecological awareness is ecological education. Thanks to it, we can educate and educate society in the spirit of respect for the natural environment - our environment. The organizations involved in the preparation and implementation of the project care about environmental and ecological issues and try to expand knowledge about nature. They have experience in implementing projects that raise the ecological awareness of young people. They try to implement the concept of sustainable living for young people not only in projects related to ecology, but also in other thematic activities and projects, as well as in everyday life. The main need of the organization in response to which the application was created is the exchange of experience in an international dimension. Project participants declared the following needs: - exchange of experiences in the use of ecological and nature-forest education methods, soft tourism, animal-supported education, sustainable practices; - development of competences in working with young people with fewer opportunities; - understanding the structure of workshops and training courses for young people involved in ecological activities; - learning new methods and tools to activate young people; - development of psychological and pedagogical competences; - development of intercultural competences, partnership cooperation skills at local, national and international levels. The specific goals of the project are: - acquiring new skills in the field of accessibility and working with young people with fewer opportunities; - expanding knowledge about ecological education and its role in society; - acquiring the ability to create exemplary activity programs for a group of young people involved in ecological activities; - acquiring practical skills at work using the methods presented during mobility; - discussion of the idea of joint projects based on ecological issues and sustainable practices; - exchange of experiences in the development of ecological awareness among young people; - development of psychological and pedagogical competences necessary in working with youth; - learning new methods and tools that engage young people to actively participate in social life, - improving methods for developing ecological skills and ecological awareness among young people; - expanding the workshop in the field of ecological and nature-forest education, soft tourism, animal-supported education, sustainable practices; - development and promotion of international cooperation of youth workers in the Erasmus+ Program; - improving English; - promoting intercultural dialogue, tolerance, emphasizing national identity with the right to diversity; - influencing the local, regional and international community through the dissemination of results; - implementation of the assumptions of the equal opportunities policy through the participation of participants with fewer opportunities.
