Taking into account the increasing and inevitable digitalization of society, our organizations have provided youth workers with a comprehensive professional development program to improve their digital qualifications and skills. Teachers must be equipped with these competences to be able to participate in society, both personally and professionally. Not only do they need to be able to clearly demonstrate their digital competences to learners, but as professionals involved in teaching, in addition to general digital competences in life and work, they need teacher-specific digital competences to be able to use digital technologies effectively for teaching. Having identified in the proposal that we lack skills in the demanding digital world we live in today, we recognized that we must learn to transform our education programs to provide young people with online learning opportunities. we also did this as part of the project. We implemented this project to improve the quality of our work as youth workers, youth leaders and youth project managers involved in this project (as well as youth organizations outside our partnership, while disseminating the project results), equipping ourselves and other young people workers with tools, skills and professional development methods in the field of digital education, which is the general goal of this project.
