Objectives

First of all, we wanted to: - reach young people in the digital space and not only in the 21st century, - interest young people in the content created by non-governmental organizations, - learn about and learn about tools that will attract young people and interest them in the activities of organizations, - learn about the variables that function in the 21st century and influence young people and their decisions, When implementing the project, our main goal was to create a space and tools that will allow institutions working with young people to operate more effectively in the digital world. We wanted organizations to better understand the needs of young people and learn how to use modern technologies and social media to effectively attract and engage young generations. The project aimed to facilitate building lasting relationships with young people by using tools adapted to their expectations and behaviors. We also wanted to increase the competences of youth workers in the field of designing digital campaigns and creating visual materials that will be attractive to recipients in the 21st century. Knowledge of design, color psychology and digital trends was to help participants communicate better with the target group of young people. Another important aspect was to ensure that organizations would be able to not only attract the attention of young people, but also maintain it – both online and in real-life activities. One of the key elements of the project was the introduction of innovative work methods in organizations. We wanted to show how dynamic changes in technology and media can be used to improve the effectiveness of the institution's activities. We have prepared tools such as a "checklist" and a webinar, which will not only help consolidate the knowledge acquired, but will also support everyday work and the process of training new employees.
