The increasing war, violence and conflict situation around the world causes the immigration problem to increase day by day. It requires urgent measures to be taken. The most effective way to address life challenges is to meet the long-term needs of refugees and migrants through labor market integration. In this context, integration will be contributed to ensure the life and future of immigrants. Our project included the introduction of the approach and opportunities for refugees that will guide how to use the mechanisms that will accelerate a rapid labor market integration. The gains of this project helped youth workers to guide refugees for easy entry into the local labor market by providing necessary language and social integration courses, skill profile building and occupational matching. The overall aim of the project was to teach youth workers the necessary ways to quickly enter the labor market for migrants and refugees who obtain legal resident status by revealing their abilities and matching their skills to local needs. Our specific objectives were: 1- To inform youth workers about methods to reduce language, civic and intercultural barriers between refugees and host country societies in order to facilitate the employment of refugees. 2- To teach youth workers to map and profile the skills of refugees and migrants in order to meet the needs and shortcomings of the local labor market. 3- To show the problems faced by refugees in social life and business life and the institutional work to solve these problems to youth workers. 4- To show youth workers the opportunities that refugees and immigrants can benefit from in the context of their employment and to produce ideas that will increase the participation and inclusion of refugees and immigrants in social life and business life in line with these opportunities.
