The project aimed to enhance the knowledge and facilitate the work digital environment among the youth from Romania, Turkey, Latvia, Hungary, and Italy. To be able to work during the COVID-19 pandemic quite a large part of the population was forced to work with technology and digital tools but a lot of them didn’t knew how to adapt their physical work life in a digital one. Even now after the pandemic stopped the digitalization develop so much that a lot of private and public companies and NGO’s continue to work in a hybrid way. Hybrid work means that is a flexible model where employees work partly in the physical workplace and partly remote. This model has advantages and disadvantages. For our project the disadvantages that we wanted to tackle are the decrease in the expression of emotions during an online conversation compared to a face-to-face conversation, as well as the lack of authority, the decrease in trust and the decrease in the power of imposition between a leader and the team he coordinates. The objectives of the project were to O1. Preparing 45 young volunteers and coordinators from 5 countries, to become digital leaders in their field of expertise and the local community. O2. Create an online community with digital tools and courses, for young people that seek guidance in becoming leaders, during the project implementation phase with the help of the 45 participants. O3. Raise awareness through one online campaign on the importance of fair leadership in all its aspects, self-leadership, education, social, and business.
