Through the project, we aimed to transform the career prospects of young artists by equipping them with vital entrepreneurial skills, thus enabling them to sustain their artistic careers independently. Our goal was to create a dynamic international network that fosters cross-border collaborations and artistic exchanges, broadening the participants' professional and creative horizons. We sought to break down economic and geographic barriers that often hinder young artists, providing them with their first opportunities for international exposure and exhibitions. By emphasizing social inclusion, we aimed to empower artists who advocate for diversity, ensuring a richer and more inclusive art community. Additionally, we wanted to enhance the organizational capacities of our partner institutions, building their expertise in managing international projects and disseminating impactful results. Ultimately, the project aspired to bridge the gap between raw artistic talent and entrepreneurial success, creating a resilient, vibrant, and inclusive artistic community that inspires similar initiatives and drives broader participation in the arts.
We applied for the project to support young artists in overcoming the barriers they face in establishing sustainable careers. The project addresses the critical need for entrepreneurial skills, which are often missing from traditional art education, and provides essential networking opportunities by creating an international platform for artistic exchange. Additionally, it aims to alleviate the financial and geographic constraints that many young artists experience, offering them their first chance to exhibit internationally and travel abroad. The project also emphasizes social inclusion, involving artists who advocate for greater inclusivity in the arts. By equipping young artists with the skills and networks needed to thrive, the project fosters a vibrant artistic community.
