By means of our YE, we achieved all our defined goals. We gather 50 youngsters from 5 countries (Sweden, Republic of North Macedonia, Italy, Portugal, Poland). Thanks to our project, participants had chance learning about practical and theoretical sides of democratic process, conflict management, coping with stereotypes, defining problems, finding solutions, and promoting peace. In this manner, they -analysed the current socio-political situation in both their countries and other ones -got both theoretical and practical knowledge about main concepts such as democracy, policy making, -discussed about current problems which young people face every day, and possible solutions for those problems -were informed about stereotypes and judgements about minorities, ethnic groups, LGBTQ+ members, migrated people in both their countries and in other ones. -discussed about the “youth perspective” for democratic and inclusive process in their countries -learn how to be more active in their societies by promoting human rights, tolerance, active citizenship, -improved their social and individual skills in a totally free and safe environment which had provided active and inclusive participation of participants. -discuss about possible ways for fostering and promoting both democracy – social inclusion and Erasmus+ program – our project. Moreover, thanks to our YE, participants -learned and improved non-formal practical educational methods (indoor-outdoor, role-name games, theatre-performance, critical thinking and diary writing, daily report and dissemination, evaluation and reflection sections) -got chance to enhance their network while worked in an international environment, every time with different groups. -learned about other cultures and customs, improved their language and literacy skills thanks to close communication and “learning diary” activity. -got more experiences in the usage of digital tools thanks to word-power point presentations -learned more about Erasmus+ program, its objectives; and Youthpass, its competences -managed to keep peaceful environment, hygiene, friendship, safety in project week
